Selected vendors must pay their full booth fee of $150 by the date emailed by the organizers or forfeit my participation in the Market. Once vendors are notified and payment is made, no refunds will be offered if a cancellation is made. If a vendor does cancel, their spot in the Market is forfeited and they are not permitted to sell or trade their booth space. We reserve the right to fill spots as we see fit.


Vendors agree to promote their work/attendance at Summery Market throughout the two months leading up to the event on all my social media channels, including but not limited to website, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, blog, place of business, etc. Summery Market will make all vendors’ business Facebook pages co-hosts of our event, so please do not create one of your own. Vendors will notify organizers if they are approached by anyone outside of Summery Market for a giveaway, promo, etc. on behalf of the Market. Summery Market organizers have permission to use the photos submitted with vendor applications for marketing materials (with credit given, of course).


Once selected you must fill out the sellers permit information for the state of Idaho, details and link to be provided. You are required to sign up for a load in time when provided by the organizers and be at your booth to sell between the Summery Market hours of 12pm-8pm on June 9, 2018, and sign up for a tear-down time immediately following. Vendors are responsible for all their own sales, so please bring the necessary equipment to take credit cards, cash or checks. We have limited spots for power available. Please let us know if you absolutely require it and be prepared with other chargers if possible. You will know the location of your booth space prior to arrival for set up.


Vendors will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable the vendor to conduct its activities at the Market and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. Wintry Market LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Wintry Market LLC related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.
