Vendor Requirements
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
Selected vendors must pay their full booth fee by the date emailed by the organizers or forfeit my participation in Summery Market, Wintry Market and/or Idaho Vintage Market. Once vendors are notified and payment is made, no refunds will be offered if a cancellation is made. If a vendor does cancel, their spot in the Market is forfeited and they are not permitted to sell or trade their booth space. We reserve the right to fill spots as we see fit. If we or our venue are required to cancel the Market you will be refunded your booth fee in full minus the processing fee indicated in the FAQ.
PROMO/MARKETING
Vendors agree to promote their work/attendance at Summery Market, Wintry Market and/or Idaho Vintage Market throughout the two months leading up to the event on all my social media channels, including but not limited to website, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, blog, place of business, etc. Summery Market, Wintry Market and/or Idaho Vintage Market will create the Facebook/social media event, so please do not create one of your own. Vendors will notify organizers if they are approached by anyone outside of our Markets for a giveaway, promo, etc. on behalf of the Market. Market organizers have permission to use the photos submitted with vendor applications for marketing materials (with credit given, of course). EVENT DETAILS
Once selected you must fill out the sellers permit information for the state of Idaho, details and link to be provided by the organizers as the event nears. You are required to sign up for a load-in time when provided by the organizers and be at your booth to sell during all public Market hours. Packing up your booth before event ends is not allowed. Vendors are responsible for all their own sales, so please bring the necessary equipment to take credit cards, cash or checks. Power is available for additional fee and must be requested on your application. You will know the location of your booth space prior to arrival for set up.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Vendors will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable the vendor to conduct its activities at the Market and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. Wintry Market LLC (Summery Market, Wintry Market and/or Idaho Vintage Market) will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Wintry Market LLC related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction. Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic: It is very important to us and our venue and we will be following current Central District Health guidelines for the City of Boise/Ada County at the time of events and will clearly communicate them to vendors and attendees as the event nears.
